Healix is a motorized medical chair that can be used for dialysis, chemotherapy, and processes related to blood that includes blood transfusion, blood extraction and blood apheresis. The chair has motorized movement for backrest, footrest, height adjustability, one touch Auto-CPR and Trendelenburg function. It also comes with Auto contour. It caters to requirements in Nephrology, Oncology and for procedures like Apheresis and Transfusion in the Hematology department.

The Chair is designed to provide ample comfort to the patients/users during the mentioned procedures and facilitate efficient functionality for the caretakers. The chair’ range of movement of different sections ensures an active and convenient short clinical procedure that ranges from 30 minutes to up to 4 to 5 hours.

Healix has a list of movement that can be operated manually. It includes armrest movement, footrest adjustability, Head pillow adjustment, etc. Additionally, the chair comes with a Tissue Roll holder at the back along with a rubberised handles for optimum grip in navigating the chair.

Blood Apheresis: Apheresis is a procedure where blood is drawn from a person with a specific component being separated and collected, subsequently returning the rest to the person.
